Some prospects list their email address under the contact info section of their profile. Do not rely solely on this strategy as many people do not include this information on their profile directly.
Similar to how you search for everything else, type in your prospect's name and company name. You will occasionally stumble across emails listed on company or personal websites, as well as in resumes.
When all else fails, you can always try and guess your prospects email address. If you have emails for others within the organization, you can pick up on email formatting (ex. First Initial + Last Name @company.com)
