4 Tips for SDR's to be Successful

Consistently implement these steps and watch your career accelarate

1. Be Confidently Open to Learning

Stay open to learning. Continue to be confident, and calculated/honest to yourself. Find someone who is a top performer and do what they do. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel, so learn from others.

Brand new reps to experienced VP's and CEO's, this is crucial to understand.

2. Don't Let Yourself Get Stuck

Always reach out when you're stuck - don’t let yourself get stuck, and wrose, get in the habit of getting stuck!

Even the most tenured people in your organization get stuck, the difference is just how quick they've learned to make sure they get an answer. The tenured reps know who to go to and what steps to take to find an answer.

3. Adapt Quickly

Stay on your toes and ready to adapt to changes - many things can change from your technologies, to products and services your firm sells, even target buyers. Always being quick to adapt and eager for new opportunities will have you well-ahead of your naturally-complacent colleagues

4. Don't Reinvent the Wheel

Constantly reach out to other team members, both high and low performing, to exchange ideas and gain knowledge on how people approach the job differently
